When you are in the process of planning your big day or any celebration, it's good to plan in advance. Normally you can book your wedding cake 6 to 12 months in advance, that way everything is scheduled and confirmed ahead of time ( If it's a celebration Cake or an Intimate Wedding, sometimes I can take short notice orders, but no later that two weeks prior to the event ). Don't forget to book your venue first, not all venues allow outside vendors. Sometimes they will charge extra, so keep this in mind.
As a Cake designer, I love when my customers give me "free creativity" to do my work! It is not a good idea to copy other artists work. You may bring ideas of your dream cake, but always have an open mind so I can create a unique work of art that is tailored just for you!
Book your venue
Once you have your venue booked, send me an email at blushsucre@gmail.com with details about your big day.Please include your name, location, date of the event,is this a pick up order or delivery and number of guests. If the date is available, then we will proceed with the next step.
In this step we schedule a conference call where we exchange ideas of what style of cake you have in mind. We also discuss budget. It is a great opportunity to see pictures and a fun way to meet in a casual atmosphere. This will give me an idea on how to create a design specially for you. After this call, I will proceed to provide you with a quote . All price quotations will have a 30 days validation period.
Tasting and Consultation day
On this day you will be able to try a variety of samples, we meet in a convenient location and talk about design and choose flavors for your cake. Tastings and consultations has a fee of $75.00. This amount will go towards the final cost of your cake. Booking fees are nonrefundable but you can use the credit for another event. Another way to try my cakes are sample boxes. Sample boxes are available for pick-up ($45.00)
